The Park West Neighborhood Association is an all-volunteer organization that is devoted to the service and well being of the community’s residents living in and around the Lincoln Park area bordered by Halsted Street to the west, Fullerton Avenue to the south, Lakeview Avenue to the east and Diversey Parkway to the north, all in Chicago.
